Return & Exchange Policy

At KCS – Keep Curves Store, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Return:

1. Email us at  Keepcurvesstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• We offer free size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

• If the item you want is unavailable, you can opt for a store credit or refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Defective Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

Important:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
