Return & Exchange Policy
At KCS – Keep Curves Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipping costs for exchanges.
• If an item was sent incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect, KCS will cover the shipping costs.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at keepcurvesstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or return accordingly.
We strongly recommend checking your measurements carefully before confirming your order to ensure the best fit and avoid additional shipping fees.
